From January through March of this year, we held our second consultation on the draft of the new standards. With invaluable input from over 1,000 contributors and more than 16,000 pieces of feedback, we’re excited to share how your input has shaped the evolution of these standards and the steps we’re taking to finalize them in our new report.

Certified B Corporations, or B Corps, are companies verified by B Lab to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Leading by example, B Lab Europe and B Lab Benelux are rethinking ways of working to boost organizational resilience and employee well-being – proven benefits of the four-day workweek.
In 2023, B Lab Europe conducted an extensive online survey encompassing more than 11,000 participants from eleven European countries. The findings unveil that consumer behavior is notably swayed by sustainability and certifications. This presents a distinct call to action for businesses to reevaluate their operational methods and enhance their accountability.
